With blogging, there’s always the problem of finding what subject to write about. The best way to find something write about is to think about what you know and what interests you.
Take a moment and think about what you like-movies, books, news, cars, what have you. Then, write down a list of some of the things you like about that particular area. For example, I like writing about entertainment. If I wrote down a list of detailed things I like about entertainment, it would look like:
Entertainment
movies
movie reviews
characters
comics (specifically Archie Comics)
books (specifically Harry Potter)
From this list, you can either write articles about all of these subjects, or you can even narrow down one subject. For example:
Movies
movie reviews
best Southern movie characters
movies about interracial relationships
movies that should be remade
miscast characters
Once you’ve made your list, you can start writing! If you write about what you like, your enthusiasm will come through in your writing, and that enthusiasm becomes infectious to those who read your work.
